Peter C. Zasoba (1 May 18991 - 3 April 19762). Born in Przasnysz, Poland3 or Saint Petersburg, Russia4 (both unconfirmed). Immigrated to America with family, arriving to Port of Philadelphia on 27 July 19045. Graduated Abbotsford High School (Clark County, Wisconsin) and attended Northwestern University (Chicago, Illinois)6. In 1918 at age 19 works as shipping clerk for Maurice Gluck at 347 N. Clark Street, Chicago, Illinois; living not too far away at 2703 N. Clark Street. At that age Peter was of medium height, slender build, blue eyes and light brown hair. He was still non-declarant alien7 (meaning that he had not declared his intent to become a citizen). By 1927 Peter works for Gas Appliance Department of the Potomac Edison Company in Frederick, Maryland, selling gas stoves8. On July 29, 1957 he married Dorothy C. Nielson at Nazareth Lutheran Church in Withee, Clark County, Wisconsin9. At that time Peter worked as insurance agent and collector for National Burial Insurance company in Chattanooga, Tennessee10. Died in Owen, Clark County, Wisconsin in April of 1976 and buried in Nazareth Cemetery (Hixon Township, Clark County, Wisconsin)11. J1 family tree and places of residence. 1, 7.
