Alexander Winston Zasoba (24 March 18971 - 17 February 1945). Born in Przasnysz, Poland (then Russian Empire).

At age 7 immigrates to America with family, arriving to Port of Philadelphia on 27 July 1904. He is listed as Kostek (diminutive of Konstanty or Constantine). It is unclear whether the name Alexander was chosen later or mistake was in immigration papers. One of his brother is also listed as Konstantin. Zasoba family settles in Curtiss, Wisconsin.

In 1919 Alex is attending Mission House School in Plymouth, Wisconsin, which he probably joined a year or two earlier (Alexander is not listed in 1916 foreign students directory). In 1920 Alexander received his B.A. He continues his studies at McCormick Theological Seminary in Chicago, Illinois (from at least 1920 to 1922). Licensure in 1923 and ordained by Chicago Presbytery.

On October 28, 1924 marries Alma McRae in rural municipality of Roland, Manitoba, Canada2. As a minister, Alex is appointed to different localities: temporary to Stevensville, Montana (1923); Hot Springs, Montana (October 1923 - June 1924); Belfield, North Dakota (September 1924-1925); Stanley, North Dakota (1925-1928); Minneapolis, Minnesota (from 1928). US Census of 1930 shows him boarding in Minneapolis as Alfred. Perhaps he went by "Alfred" or "Al" or it is simply a mistake by census taker. Elsewhere name Albert was also used.

In 1933 diploma Pres. Theol. Sem., Chicago (McCormick Seminary). Sometime in 1937 Alma Rae Zasoba files for divorce with Alexander Winston Zasoba, presumably in absentia. Divorce is finalized on July 20, 1937 (?).

Alexander spoke at least three languages - English, Polish, German and corresponded with Philip F. La Follette, governor of Wisconsin.

In 1939 Alex is a minister in Pocatello, Idaho; residing at 841 South Fourth Street. On 17 February 1945 Alexander Winston Zasoba accidentally falls from the hay loft and breaks his neck. He is buried in Pine Hill Cemetery (Mayville Township, Clark County, Wisconsin).

In 1949 Alexander still had some land in his name in True township (T35N R4W, section 15), Rusk county, Wisconsin. And in 1926 he owned some land in Mayville, Clark county, Wisconsin.
